Youth workshop with film production: 22 young people from Germany, Iran, Somalia, Afghanistan, Syria and Ukraine explored the theme of coastal life creatively during a five-day workshop in Cuxhaven.
Küstenleben
Bei verschiedenen Exkursionen erkundeten sie das Leben an der Küste – vom Hafen und der Fischerei über die Arbeit der Seenotretter bis hin zur lokalen Literatur.
Als Ergebnis entstand eine spannende Sendung, die dokumentarische Aufnahmen, Interviews und Trickfilme miteinander verbindet.
Coastal Life
On various excursions, they explored life on the coast – from the harbour and the fishing industry to the work of the sea rescue services and local literature.
The result was a fascinating programme that combines documentary footage, interviews and animated sequences.
